Das globale Architekturbüro Heerim Architects & Planners, bekannt als Heerim Architects, wurde endgültig als Planer für das Sanierungs- und Wiederaufbauprojekt Mokdong Complex 1 ausgewählt. Nach Angaben der Sanierungsbranche vom 12. Mai wurde die Auswahl durch ein Verfahren bestätigt, das am 9. Mai um 14 Uhr in der Yechong Art Hall im Korea Artists Center stattfand.
