DSM Unveils Physical AI Company Vision and Mid- to Long-Term Roadmap at Seoul IR

DSM held an investor briefing in Yeouido, Seoul, on May 14, 2026, to announce its corporate vision and mid- to long-term roadmap following its merger and name change. The briefing was arranged to share the company’s newly defined business direction after the August 2025 merger between Daesung FineTec, an automotive parts and renewable energy company, and Monolith, an IT-based theme park developer and operator, as well as the March 2026 name change. DSM declared its ambition to become a “Physical AI Company” and outlined the roles of its Monolith, Mobility, and Energy divisions. The company introduced 9.81 Park Jeju as a tourist destination attracting 500,000 visitors annually, while a second 9.81 Park near Incheon International Airport has passed 65% completion and is scheduled to open in the first half of 2027.
