FSC to allow bundled issuance of fractional investment securities in token securities push

South Korea’s Financial Services Commission said at the second public-private Token Securities Council meeting that it plans to allow fractional investment securities backed by the same type of underlying assets to be issued in bundles under certain conditions, in line with token securities institutionalization. FSC official Kwon Dae-young said OTC exchange trading limits will be set to help expand market liquidity. The commission plans to announce related guidelines in July.
